About this role
$0.60-0.62 / mile Often day trips (one night on the road) Each time a driver crosses the border, they receive $25. This means $50 for a round trip. Drivers receive an extra $125 per trip if they go to the east coast. Waiting time is paid after 2 hours regardless of where (shipping, receiving, or border) If they make an extra stop, it’s $35/ stop. Layover for 1 night is $100. If there is a second night of layover, they’re paid $150 for that night. If the driver goes away for more than 14 days, they lose their job. All drivers must fill out our iDRIVER application. Then, come into our office to fill out Slingshot’s application and we must order a new CVOR and Abstract. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience. Job descriptions: Dryvan work, possibly reefer. Trucks aren’t older than 6 years Could be hauling fruits and vegetables, plants (general freight) Pay is 2 weeks back
